POSITION: BRICK LAYING INSTRUCTOR
Location: Blantyre
The Samaritan Trust Vocational Skills Training Centre invites applications for the position of Brick Laying Instructor.
Key Duties
- Deliver practical and theoretical brick laying training.
- Prepare lesson plans and conduct assessments.
- Maintain workshop safety and manage tools/equipment.
- Support trainee coaching and employer engagement.
Qualifications
- TEVETA Certificate Level 3 or Equivalent in Brick Laying.
- MSCE.
- Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in brick laying/construction.
- Experience teaching or supervising apprentices.
Competencies
- Strong technical skills in brick laying.
- Effective teaching and coaching ability.
- Safety-first mindset and disciplined workshop management.
- Integrity, professionalism, and safeguarding compliance.
