Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations including cash management and loan management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage branch liquidity
- Ensure timely reconciliation of member accounts
- Address customer service issues promptly
- Prepare and submit operational reports on time
- Grow SACCO membership
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position (microfinance experience an added advantage)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of SACCO business
- Age: 35 years and above
